On March 2nd, 2021, Cmdr. Prior Bumble approved minting a new standard medal (not to be confused with campaign medals automatically bestowed after a war) for the army. This medal is called the Medal of the Press.
To earn this beauty, soldiers must exhibit exceptional support of RFCP’s website, blog, public relations, and archival efforts.
Designed by Col. Microwaveable Hamster, current head of the RFCP Times-Dispatch, the grey stripe in the middle of the ribbon represents that the truth is not always black and white.
New medals are always exciting, and rare additions to the RFCP fandom. But who will Cmdr. Coolj award it to first?
