RFCP Month Eve

NORTHERN LIGHTS, UKAHALA–Tomorrow is June, which is RFCP month! Time to rejoice! Plans are a little different than usual this year, though. Read on to see what to expect.

Soldiers of the Recon Federation of Club Penguin (RFCP) should feel a buzz of excitement on the eve of June 1. That means June 5, the army’s anniversary, is only a few days away. This year, RFCP will turn FIVE!

That’s half a decade.

Wow.

Things will be a little different this year, however. Our beloved and eternal leader, Commander Prior Bumble, will be in South America during the first week of June! This includes our anniversary.

“I so wish I could be with my dear soldiers on June 5,” the Commander said. “At the same time, I will be doing activities in South America which, frankly, never would have arose without RFCP. I will not only be thinking of the army, but living out the army, all day on our anniversary, maybe more so than ever before.”

We asked him to elaborate on what he meant by “living out the army” through his activities in South America, but he replied,

“That’s a topic better suited for the server than the blog.”

We still have our remote fans, after all.

With the Commander away from his desk during anniversary week, festivities have been rearranged. Here’s the scoop we got from the man himself:

Rather than the usual slate of daily activities during anniversary week, RFCP will mark the army’s 5th birthday with FIVE special announcements and FIVE giveaways in the server on the exact date of June 5.

The following FIVE THINGS will be announced on June 5:

1 new Guardian will be named.
3 promotions will be awarded.
1 major medal will be bestowed.
The 5th anniversary medal will be revealed.
The next Stage will be commenced.

The following FIVE THINGS will be given away on June 5:

Server Boosts to Level 3.
Custom user profile banners.
A $1,000 BB bill.
10 lottery OR raffle tickets.
Special anniversary role (given with oath renewal)

But we don’t want to just forgo our traditions of fun and family. Daily RFCP festivities will be moved to the week of Father’s Day to celebrate Prior’s fatherhood over all of us. Events will run from Monday, June 10, to Sunday, June 16. These events will be similar to those we expect for anniversary week. More information on these events will be available soon.

“And one more thing,” said the Commander. “I will write ‘RFCP’ five times and leave it in five places in either the USA or South America to commemorate our fifth year. I’ll share a photo every time.”
